Our Response

Since summer 2019, a series of bushfires have affected every state in Australia, with New South Wales experiencing particular devastation. According to Australian authorities, as of January 11, 27 people have lost their lives and 2,570 houses have been destroyed. Approximately 10.2 million hectares (25 million acres) have been burnt in the current fire season causing extensive wildlife deaths (estimated in the millions) and damage to habitat.

Airlink is facilitating transport for response partners assisting affected residents and providing medical supplies.
