As Airlink’s Humanitarian Programs Associate, Kim Navarro facilitates personnel mobilization for humanitarian partners and oversees the collection of impact reports.
Before joining Airlink, Kim was a Program Associate at DT Global where she supported the start-up of a USAID-funded project aimed at improving access to climate finance in the Pacific Islands. Before that, she interned at Oxfam America, conducting desk research to support donor engagement strategies and contributing to disaster risk reduction and resilience projects worldwide. She also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Madagascar, working alongside local organizations to implement community initiatives that advanced child and maternal health outcomes.
Kim earned a B.A. in International Relations from San Francisco State University and an M.A. in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University.
In her free time, Kim enjoys cooking, hiking, and playing video games.
