As Airlink’s Humanitarian Programs Associate focusing on supply chain compliance, Nathan Charles supports partner project delivery by monitoring end-to-end shipping processes, reviewing cargo documentation, and analyzing post-mission impact reports.
Before joining Airlink, Nathan built his information management and project coordination skills across a range of humanitarian organizations. He most recently worked with a needs assessment NGO to map logistics capacity in Ukraine, using settlement-level data to provide decision-makers with real-time reporting on access, security, and the scope of needs. His earlier internships spanned knowledge management with the Asian Disaster Preparedness Center in Bangkok, global humanitarian coordination with InterAction, and public health project reporting with a Burmese nurses association.
An Arlington, VA native, Nathan holds a B.A. in International Relations from Pomona College and an M.A. in Human Rights & Humanitarian Action from Sciences Po Paris with a concentration in project management.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys exploring new cities on foot, team sports, and airplane meals.
