Martha Rebour
Chief Development Officer

Martha Rebour is the Chief Development Officer of Airlink, where she oversees the organization’s global resource mobilization, institutional partnerships, and philanthropic growth strategies. Prior to joining Airlink, she spent a decade leading the Shot@Life campaign at the United Nations Foundation. In this role, she championed global vaccine access, cultivated massive multi-sector partnerships, and scaled fundraising efforts to raise tens of millions of dollars to support international child health initiatives.

Throughout her career, Ms. Rebour has built a proven track record of bridging complex global operations with powerful, narrative-driven donor engagement to secure vital institutional, corporate, and individual support. Earlier in her career, she managed critical staff leadership and organizational restructuring at Living Goods, and spent her early professional years driving sales and corporate partnerships at the Discovery Channel.

An active leader in the non-profit sector, she lends her expertise to board leadership at House of Ruth and is an advisor to Menoglobal, an organization focused on midlife women’s health education and policy development in the Global South.

Ms. Rebour earned a Master of Arts in French from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College. She lives in Washington, D.C.
