Marcia Orellana, Executive Affairs Associate at Airlink, is a public policy and administrative professional from Guatemala City with experience across government, nonprofit, and international organizations. She provides executive and governance support to the President & CEO and Board of Trustees by managing communications, meeting preparation, cross-department coordination, and organizational deliverables to ensure alignment across leadership priorities.
Her professional experience includes positions with the U.S. Agency for International Development, the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the Friends Committee on National Legislation, and the International Rescue Committee. Fluent in Spanish and conversant in French, Marcia has supported leadership and program operations by effectively organizing, communicating clearly, rigorously evaluating, and strategically designing processes in dynamic environments. Through expertise that encompasses migration, budgetary appropriations, and international development, her knowledge has a particular emphasis on the Latin American and Caribbean region.
Marcia demonstrates a strong commitment to humanitarian work and public service. She excels in collaborative environments and approaches teamwork with a solutions-oriented perspective. Holding a B.A. in International Studies with a concentration in Political Science and a minor in Nonprofit Management from Pepperdine University, she is also expected to complete a Master of Public Administration at Northeastern University in April 2026.
