Tom Rebbecchi serves as the Associate Director for Aftermarket Fleet Programs (Middle East, India, Africa, and Leasing) at Pratt & Whitney. Based in Connecticut, Tom has over 10 years of aviation industry experience and is responsible for steering P&W’s aftermarket strategy across a diverse customer base.

Tom has delivered numerous humanitarian infrastructure projects across South America, Africa, and Asia through his volunteer work with Engineers Without Borders-USA and served as Board Director for the organization from 2019-2023.

Tom holds a B.S. in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an M.S. in Materials Engineering from Columbia University, and an MBA from Indiana University.
