As Airlink’s Accounting Manager, Minneh manages Airlink’s accounting relationship with Cordia Partners where she is a Manager. 

Cordia Partners is a professional services firm that provides outsourced accounting services to the Washington D.C. metropolitan area businesses. Minneh partners with Cordia’s clients’ executive leadership teams to provide operational accounting support and business advisory services. Her objective is to allow clients to focus on their core business goals while feeling supported through the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective outsourced financial services.

Minneh is a results-oriented business professional with over 18 years of progressive and diversified accounting and finance experience. She is well-versed in Not-for-Profit and Commercial Industries to deliver top-notch outsourced accounting, financial audit preparation, internal controls improvement, 990 preparation and systems implementation. This provides her clients with industry-leading expertise and compliance with the best practices needed for their successful growth.

Before joining Cordia Partners, Minneh was an Assistant Controller at KIPP DC, a not-for-profit community of high-performing, public schools committed to excellence, equity, and justice.  She has a diverse background in internal and external auditing, having served as an internal auditor at a national association, and gaining valuable experience in auditing not-for-profit organizations during her tenure at a prestigious CPA firm.

Minneh holds a CPA and Accounting degree from George Mason University.
