Chair and CEO, Cumberland Additive Inc.

Ms. Hickton is currently Chair and CEO of Cumberland Additive, Inc., a woman led innovative new technology specialty metals additive manufacturing company capable of meeting rigorous aerospace, defense, and space requirements. She has had an extensive career as both a public and private company CEO in the aerospace and defense industries with operational, commercial, and strategic experience in manufacturing and government services. Ms. Hickton was recently appointed to the National Space Council User’s Advisory Group, chaired by the Vice President, and which serves to enable and propel the United States’ Space goals.

Immediately prior to her current role, Hickton served as Executive Vice President of Jacobs (NYSE:J) and President of its Critical Mission Solutions line of business, providing engineering design and support services for NASA; the Department of Energy and for national security priorities for the United States and its coalition allies.

Prior to her position at Jacobs, Ms. Hickton was the Vice Chair, President, and CEO of RTI International Metals, Inc. (NYSE:RTI) a billion dollar, vertically integrated global supplier of  advanced titanium and specialty metals fabricated structural products for the aerospace, defense and energy markets.

Ms. Hickton is a Trustee for the University of Pittsburgh. She is the current President of the Wings Club Foundation, an aerospace charitable organization providing scholarships to future students. She is a member of the Board of the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum, recently acquiring Emeritus Status.

Ms. Hickton is a graduate of the University of Rochester, and received her JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
