Susanna Cobb serves as the Director of Finance and Operations at Airlink and is responsible for managing Airlink’s budgets, financial and operational policies and procedures, and key vendor relationships.

Susanna has over 15 years in operations and finance experience. Most recently, she oversaw $85m in grant budgets for the SCSEP Program with AARP Foundation, and she was a member of the MBA Operations Pathways Program at Amazon, where she optimized the inventory damage recovery processes in an ARS Fulfillment center, resulting in a 35% reduction in damage spend and $200k net savings over an 11-week period. She also served as the Director of Operations and Events for the Alliance to Save Energy. She is adept at strategic management, financial oversight – including budget forecasting and projections, financial modeling, and accounting – and event planning. Susanna plans to further her accounting knowledge by sitting for the CPA series of exams this coming year.

Susanna received an MBA from George Washington University in 2024 with a focus in accounting, where she was a Forte Fellowship recipient and MBA Association President. She also received a BA in Environmental Analysis and Policy from Boston University and was raised in New Orleans. She now lives in Arlington with her husband and daughter, as well as their rescue dog Rougarou and two rescue cats Beignet and Lafitte. She enjoys cooking and trying to catch New Orleans Saints games when she can.
