Adam Peyman is a mission-driven operations executive with 15 years of experience leading programs, organizational infrastructure, people management, and strategic planning within the international nonprofit sector. He most recently served as Global Director of Programs and Campaigns at Earth Day Network, following his tenure as Programs Director at Humane Society International. Throughout his career, Adam has specialized in overhauling internal operating systems, optimizing cross-border logistics, navigating complex compliance landscapes, and eliminating institutional bottlenecks so distributed global teams can operate cohesively and at scale.

Adam holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Nonprofit Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, as well as a Master of Science in Environmental Sciences from the University of Illinois Springfield. He is fluent in Japanese and proficient in Vietnamese.

Deeply committed to community engagement, Adam serves on the Board of Directors for The Civic Circle, a youth civic education organization in Maryland. He resides in Maryland.
