Individual Giving Manager

Reporting to the Director of Development, the Individual Giving Manager will be a part of a five-member team responsible for generating $6M+ in annual revenue from a diverse funder base, including corporations, individuals, foundations, and government agencies. The primary function of the Individual Giving Manager will be to define and manage Airlink’s individual giving strategy and donor portfolio, resulting in at least $1.5M in annual revenue.

Reporting to the Corporate Relations Manager, the Development Associate will be a part of a five-member team responsible for generating $6M+ in annual revenue from a diverse funder base, including corporations, individuals, foundations, and government agencies. The primary function of the Development Associate will be to assist the administrative and project management needs of the team while engaging directly with donors and working across the organization on all aspects of resource development.
