As Airlink’s administrative operations manager, Beth supports back office functions to ensure the organization runs smoothly.
Beth is an operations leader who has implemented new processes and programs for companies across multiple industries. She has experience building multi-national teams and developing processes to fulfill new business strategies. Beth is also passionate about customer experience and has been instrumental in improving customer service Net Promoter Scores at three previous companies through elevation of standards and improvement of employee training.
Beth earned a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College, where she serves as president of her alumnae class.
In her spare time, Beth is an avid traveler and aviation enthusiast, and she enjoys experiencing the art and history of Washington, D.C. with her husband and their Standard Poodle, Poppy.
