Our Response

Hurricane Laura, the strongest storm to make landfall in in Louisiana in over a century, came ashore near Cameron in the early morning hours of August 27. The Category 4 storm battered Texas and Louisiana bringing with it strong winds, heavy rains, and significant storm surge.

Airlink coordinated a response with multiple nonprofit partners to transport search and rescue teams, medical providers and other responders helping recovering communities in Texas and Louisiana.

With Airlink’s help, organizations provided medical care, food and clean water, shelter, disease prevention, and other essential services and supplies.
